Sacred Alignment is my recommended starting point for first-time clients. This extended session allows time to explore what is bringing you in, what you have been experiencing, your intentions, your comfort level, and what would feel most supportive.
Your personalized experience may incorporate Reiki, chakra clearing and balancing, guided breathing practices, nervous-system awareness, EFT/tapping, NLP techniques, guided meditation, sound, grounding, somatic awareness, and intuitive energy work.
Personalized integration practices or reflections may also be offered following your session.

An immersive experience created for times of transition, emotional heaviness, endings, or intentional release.

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I recognize that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur and will always approach those situations with care and consideration.
Your appointment time is intentionally reserved for you. This policy allows me to honor the time and preparation dedicated to each client while also respecting others who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so the next client's appointment is not affected.
Your full scheduled session fee will still apply.
If you expect to be late, please reach out as soon as possible.
Services provided by The Sacred Inhale are complementary wellness, educational, energetic, and personal-development practices.

The Sacred Inhale is centered around consent, collaboration, pacing, and respect for your personal boundaries.
For Reiki, clients remain fully clothed. Reiki may be offered with gentle touch or hands held above the body depending on your preference and consent.
The Sacred Inhale does not provide massage services.
