Reiki Level I

The Foundation

Begin your Reiki journey by learning the foundations of Reiki and developing a relationship with the practice for yourself.

This introductory training is designed for beginners. No previous Reiki experience is required.

Reiki Level II

The Practitioner

Deepen your relationship with Reiki and expand your ability to work intentionally with Reiki for yourself and others.

Reiki Level II introduces traditional Reiki symbols and techniques that allow students to deepen their practice and explore distance Reiki.

Prerequisite: Reiki Level I

Deepen Your Practice

Reiki Level III

The Reiki Master

Reiki Level III is an invitation to deepen—not simply to learn more techniques, but to embody the practice more fully.

This advanced training is designed for Reiki Level II practitioners who feel called to strengthen their relationship with Reiki, deepen their personal practice and step into the Master level of their Reiki journey.

At The Sacred Inhale, Reiki training is approached as both education and experience.
